JobFlow
A contractor's entire back office, rebuilt for a phone in a work truck. Projects, invoices, deposits, expenses, and crew, all moving together in real time.
The problem
Small trade businesses run six-figure operations out of text threads, paper receipts, and memory. A roofer who bills $400k a year often cannot say, on any given Tuesday, who owes them money or whether a job is still profitable.
The software that does exist was built for dispatch offices. It is priced per seat, assumes everyone has a desk, and asks a crew member to create an account before they can check off a task. JobFlow starts from the opposite end: the phone in the truck.
Three decisions that shaped it
Two front doors
Owners sign in with Google and see money. Crews punch a 4-digit PIN handed out by the boss and see today's tasks. No accounts, no email invitations, no app-store friction. A new hire is working inside the app in under a minute. Try it: the PIN door is one tap away in the demo.
Deposits are not an afterthought
Every invoice asks one question: how much of this do you collect before work starts? Half up front, the full amount, or bill now and collect on completion. Cash flow is the number one killer of small trade businesses, so it sits inside the send flow, not in a settings page.
A tax reserve that is always visible
JobFlow quietly holds 25% of net profit in a reserve line on the dashboard. It is the difference between an April surprise and a non-event, and it required exactly zero effort from the owner.
What the demo shows
Everything in the phone is a working interface with live state, not a video. Send an invoice with a 50% deposit and watch it appear in the open list. Record the payment and the dashboard's collected, profit, and tax numbers all move. Log an expense against a job and its budget bar creeps forward.
This demo is a faithful web recreation of the product experience, staged with realistic data. The production app is in private use with real crews today.
